There was a small town nestled in the heart of the forest, where the only thing that separated the town from the rest of the world was a old rickety bridge that crossed a deep and dark river. The bridge was the only way in and out of the town and it was located just a few hundred yards from the local school. The children of the town would often play on the bridge during recess, but as they grew older, they began to avoid it. They had heard stories about the bridge, stories that made their blood run cold. One of the most chilling stories was about a man named Tom, who had once crossed the bridge and never returned.
