"The Importance of Empathy and Problem-Solving During Times of Adversity"

          It was a typical Monday morning for John, a banker who commuted from his suburban home to London every weekday by train. As he settled into his seat for the half-hour journey, he checked his emails and went over his schedule for the day ahead. But little did he know, this was going to be a day like no other. As the train pulled out of the station, John felt a sudden jolt and heard a loud noise. The lights went out and the train came to a sudden stop. The passengers around him began to panic, but John tried to stay calm. He knew that trains broke down sometimes, and he was sure that the situation would be resolved quickly.      However, as the minutes ticked by, the situation only seemed to worsen.
